The Wine

A single-barrel selection from a terroir that continues to feed our dreams of achieving Burgundy-like greatness from our New World site. In collaboration with the Etzel family of Beaux Frères, we carefully co-farm Jessie James Vineyard expressly with this goal in mind. Specifically in the case of Jessie James, we are reminded of Gevrey-Chambertin: darker fruits, regal power and taut structure. Jessie James rewards long cellaring.

All wine is sold FOB the location of the winery that produced the lot purchased. WVWA is not responsible for shipping wine. Shipping or delivery arrangements, expenses and insurance are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any shipment of wines out-of-state is the responsibility of the purchaser, who is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of said state.
