When does the auction take place?

Online Auction
Opens: Friday, May 8 at 10:00 AM PT
Closes: Friday, May 15 at 12:00 PM (Noon) PT

Trade Auction (Live + Absentee Bidding)
Absentee bidding opens: Friday, May 8 at 10:00 AM PT
Live auction: Thursday, May 14 at 1:00 PM PT at Domaine Serene

Who can participate?

  • Trade buyers may participate in both the Online Auction and the Trade Auction

  • Consumers/collectors may participate in the Online Auction only

How do I register and bid?

All bidding is hosted through Auctria.

You’ll need to create an account and register to bid before placing bids.

How are the wines sold?

All auction wines are:

  • Extremely limited (only 60 bottles produced per lot)

  • Hand-signed and hand-numbered by the winemakers

  • Crafted exclusively for this event

Online Auction Lots

  • Sold in single-case increments (12 bottles)

  • Up to five cases available per lot (60 bottles total)

  • Buyers may bid on and win multiple cases

Trade Auction Lots

  • Sold as the full 5-case lot (60 bottles total)

  • Awarded to the highest bidder during the live auction

How does payment work?

Online Auction

  • Winning bids are automatically charged to your registered credit card

Trade Auction

  • Winners will receive a follow-up email from the WVWA

  • Payment options:

    • Charge the credit card on file via Auctria / Authorize.net

    • Request an invoice

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. The Willamette Valley Wineries Association uses Authorize.Net, a highly secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

  • Your full credit card details are never stored or visible to WVWA

  • Auctria uses a secure token (not your card number) to process transactions

  • All data is encrypted and securely stored by Authorize.net

  • Payment methods can be removed after the auction upon request

What about shipping or pickup?

Shipping (or pickup arrangements) is the responsibility of the buyer. Details and coordination will be provided following the auction.
